The Aces bar was designed by Wes White at Four Aces Cycle in Pacoima, CA. His recent 45" HD custom won the Horse Magazine's Smoke Out West Chop-Off competition. So, ol' Wes knows what he's doing. These bars are a comfortable shape that will look good on any custom motorcycle, especially if you are going for the whole "bobber" deal, which I know you are.
MATERIALS: Biltwell handlebars are precision crafted with 100% seamless 4130 chromoly. The wall thickness of our tubing is 0.064” (1.6 mm) on the 1" versions and 0.0787 (2.0) on the 7/8" models.
SURFACE FINISH: Biltwell handlebars feature a brilliant triple-plated chrome finish, or super durable, black electro-plate.
