We don’t polish the welds on Biltwell handlebars. Any TIG beads as good-looking as ours should be front and center for everyone to enjoy. CUSTOM: Riserless bar with 1/2x13 threaded insert welded into the bases of each bar makes for a sturdy, compact and strong design. (You supply the bolts) Mount these up and trim the ends just as narrow as you can stand for a nice lane-splitting profile. These bars are available smooth, or with dimples for stock controls. SHIPPING. All our bars are shipped in custom boxes, wrapped in cloth to protect the finish and then packed in recycled paper.
